When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday - Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders are currently being shipped out within 5 days. Please note that shipping time is added to the 5 days. UPS usually takes an additional 4 days. If we have a problem shipping your product we will notify you by email.

Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. An additional charge of $10 will be added to orders processed with the incorrect shipping address.

Our policy is that we will ship your products as soon as your order is complete (this is often within 24-48 hours, but not guarenteed). Please check the product page for more current information on shipping. If you order multiple products, all products will ship together.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Priority mail. This service takes 2-7 business days (depending on what part of the country you are in).

We also offer UPS 3 Day Select. Note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days for any expidited methods. So if your order is shipped Friday 3 Day Select, you will not receive it until Wednesday. If you would like to confirm shipping, please feel free to call: 513-967-3744

How do you ship to the military?

We use the military U. S. POSTOFFICE. It is difficult to tell you how long it will take your order to be delivered due to where you may be in the military.

How do you bill my credit card?

It will show up as TPies Enterprise LTD.

RETURN POLICY: We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 10 days for exchange, or credit, but we must first be notified of the returned shipment by email Tammy@Elite-Tan.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Mail returns to:

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned by the customer. (The 20% restocking fee would apply). Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. TPies Enterprise LTD. reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
